About this Role:
We're looking for a passionate people manager with over 3 years leadership experience to manage our scaling cross-regional team of BDRs. They will be experts in developing processes, dictating KPIs and mentoring a high-performing team in a thriving fast-paced startup environment. As this is a hybrid role, there will be a requirement to have presence in our Dublin office to collaborate with the BDR and wider team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and scale a team of ambitious cross-regional BDRs
Continuously develop and manage a repeatable BDR process
Responsible for creating quality outbound and inbound pipeline for account executive team
Proven ability to live, breath and dictate KPIs that are aligned to company OKRs
Provide actionable insights from our BDR data for consistent improvements to process
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop inbound and outbound campaigns
Ensure BDR team is capturing quality lead information to provide actionable insights for our product team
Design and execute upon a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement program for our BDRs
Provide consistent structured feedback to marketing on collateral and campaigns for consistent improvement
We’re looking for someone who has...:
3+ years experience leading and scaling a high-performing team of BDRs
Worked in a software company and understands the SaaS business model
Previous experience as a BDR and fully understands the day-to-day challenges
Proven ability to learn and iterate quickly and effectively
Previous experience working in an early stage or scaling SaaS company
Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring both high performers and low performers
Proven ability to learn and iterate quickly and effectively
Highly collaborative; listens well, builds and maintains trust with colleagues and collaborates with others to develop high quality strategies
Communicates clearly and effectively with a cross-functional team
A constant learning mindset and is open to feedback and constant development
