Purpose of Job:

Grow distributor dealer base, market share, and unit volume

Job Components:

• Effectively and efficiently sell more batteries profitably to grow volume
• Perform account management duties as directed by selling all IBSA product lines in all markets profitable
• Generate unit volume through individual sales efforts, and increase in dealer set-ups and exclusivity
• Coordination and facilitation of follow up to dealers to ensure materialization of sales volume and exclusivity
• Collaborate with RSMs in order to capitalize on opportunities and build strong dealer relationships.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and business development skills
• Basic computer skills
• 1-2 years customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work and travel independently on a sustained basis
• Acceptable driving record. Subject to drug test

Scope Data:

• Expense reporting and credit card reconciliation
• Strong interface with MGM, RSMs and dealer base

Work Environment:

• Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.
• Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk and hear, stand and walk.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50+ lbs.
• Exposed to battery warehouse conditions such as exposure to moving equipment mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Prolonged use of personal computer & telephone.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
