Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team in identifying and developing new accounts in global markets.
- Preparing business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners (bedbanks, wholesalers, OTAs, etc.).
- Manage account performance and track KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure partner success.
- Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to drive growth.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and suggest ways to improve partner engagement.
- Attend trade shows or industry events.
Position requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry (B2B sales or business development in travel wholesale preferred).
- Solid understanding of travel distribution, B2B sales, and basic API/XML connectivity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, someone who takes initiative, spots opportunities, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfortable using data and performance metrics to support decisions and strategies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with independence and accountability.
- Based in Florida with availability to travel as needed (Mandatory).
