This is a hybrid position based out of our Montréal office, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, while maintaining a strong presence in the field to engage directly with clients and close deals.
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (Transportation) to help power our continued growth. This is a true hunter role, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals and onboarding clients. You'll be on the front lines, building strong relationships and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored transportation solutions that solve real customer challenges.What you’ll do?Identify and close new transportation business
Manage the full sales process from lead to close
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop tailored solutions with support from operations and pricing teams
- Stay informed on market trends and competitors
- Attend trade shows and represent Lineage in the market
- Track activity and results in Salesforce
B2B sales experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Proven ability to win new business and manage complex sales cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Bilingual in English and French strongly preferred
Willingness to travel up to 20%
