Key Responsibilities

• Drive hirer penetration in the assigned territory, ensuring flawless execution.
• Identify recruitment needs for outstanding hirers and suggest appropriate, world-class solutions.
• Conduct high-level presentations and discussions with hirers, including "C" level executives.
• Maintain outstanding client engagement to foster long-term relationships.
• Conduct simple analysis and provide regular updates on recruitment trends to top hirers.
• Hold face-to-face meetings with hirers to present, negotiate, and discuss recruitment updates.
• Show passion, strong initiative, and a dedicated dedication to succeed.
• Ensure that projects deliver as-sold solutions and remain within baseline parameters.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related Business field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Proven experience in B2B Key Account Management (3-5 years).
• Experience handling top companies and confidently engaging with various management levels.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communicators with proven team motivation and management abilities.
• Demonstrated moderate-level project management experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
• Willingness to be based in Jakarta and to work 70% in the field.
• Experience on developing Sumatra area would be advantageous.
