Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth within the healthcare sector!
Your Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare industry

Identify target markets, segments, and potential customers for our software solutions based on market analysis and customer needs
-
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and engage prospective customers, with a focus on the acute care hospital market
-
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship building
-
Drive the sales process from lead qualification to closing, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts
-
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing the sales cycle and closing new business opportunities
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and requirements, and serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our software solutions

Work closely with customer success and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing business growth
You Must Have:
-
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry, preferably in healthcare IT or software solutions

Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and building strategic partnerships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to identify opportunities and develop actionable business development strategies

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, partners, and attend industry events
We Would Also Prefer:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred

Strong understanding of the healthcare market, industry trends, regulations, and challenges
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 plus commission. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.”
