  • Onboard new vendors to Glide & Compass software, including managing the form intake processes, membership verification setup, and range of other tasks to successfully launch new experiences
  • Foster a function of Account Management for vendors and partners who onboard, to ensure initial deployments are set up to meet or beat goals / KPIs (e.g. Form launches, adoption rates, data feed replacement timelines, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with association partners who advocate for our services amongst their real estate agent member-base and who want to deepen their relationship with Compass
  • Organize training / marketing initiatives, and meet quarterly with top partners to update them on current products / adoption rates and to gather feedback
  • Grow our go-to-market team function across all major real estate markets, partnering with product and engineering teams to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing team to strategize and deploy new product release strategies
  • Build new processes for scalable growth as the first BD / Account Management hire
