What You'll Do

Epic Games is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Unreal Industry Solutions team focused on driving adoption of our RealTime 3D tools and services across the Media & Entertainment, Automotive, Architecture, Simulation, Fashion and Retail (non-games) market verticals in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and licensing of our industry-leading Real-Time 3D technology, including Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Sketchfab, and RealityCapture, by building strategic relationships with key decision-makers across the region.

In this role, you will

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the Non-Games market segments in North America by tracking and analyzing sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Identify and target high-value prospects across key Non-Games verticals
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and challenges
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Epic Games Industry Solutions, highlighting how they can add value across the enterprise in design, content creation, and customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful onboarding and maximizing customer lifetime value
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Epic Games Creator tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technical support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in b2b software sales, preferably with experience selling digital content creation tools
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the Non-Gaming industries, including their current challenges and opportunities
  • Strong understanding of 3D design, visualization, and virtual production workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and provide feedback on contract provisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant sales tools is a plus

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

New York City Base Pay Range

$158,782$232,880 USD

California Base Pay Range

$149,255$218,907 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$133,376$195,619 USD
