We are searching for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to grow our presence in Italian market.
You have a previous experience in selling SaaS solution (value selling), focusing on understanding customers' workflows/business objectives and their related needs. You will define and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales (new customer & expansion of existing ones) and creating strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue & margin development and on customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new prospects
  • Deliver cold call as appropriate within Italian market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet existing and potential clients (Functional Managers & Senior Management in Engineering, Design and Quality functions) by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify how Accuris solutions can address clients' goals/strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships through value selling, with new and existing customers.
  • Manage/supervise contractual and administrative processes, in line with the internal guidelines and with the support of Accuris team
  • Deliver reliable and accurate monthly forecasts
  • Collaborate with Accuris team and management to deliver excellence to the existing and potential customers.


Qualifications

  • +6-year experience as a SaaS business development manager or sales executive, with proven sales track record
  • Italian native speaker and proficiency in English (French and/or Spanish are a plus)
  • Italian Market knowledge
  • Excellent communication, relationship, negotiation, time management and planning skills.
  • Integrity and collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC qualification methodology is a plus
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML/NLP is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (ideally in Engineering or Economics)
