The Role:
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join the Linus Health Europe team. In this role, you will be responsible for business development and sales in the healthcare market within the EU and will own the entire sales process from prospect to close. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our cutting-edge digital cognitive assessment tools and platform to advance dementia care and brain health services. This role will serve multiple European markets including Germany, France & Spain.

Please note that this person can be 100% remote, in Luxembourg, given there will be travel to surrounding countries.
What You’ll do:
- Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities to meet forecast/targets across public/private health and social care sectors in a number of EU markets
- Take on Customer Success related responsibilities for initial customer base within the EU
- Provide account management for strategic accounts
- Represent Linus at regional, national and international events and conferences
- Capture and share user & market feedback with the broader Growth and Product teams
- Liaise with KOLs, research and innovation partner organizations to strengthen evidence base for local market
- Support Executive team in building and maintaining strong relationships with national and regional health and social care bodies
- Identify commercial growth opportunities with 3rd party commercial partner
About You:
Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
- Experience of technology business development/sales within the healthcare market
- Good knowledge of clinical workflows and care pathways
- Familiarity with cognitive tools, artificial intelligence, and data analysis concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Comfortable in liaising with subject matter experts and key opinion leaders in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The role will involve travel
- Proficient with Salesforce or other relevant CRM’s
- Fluent in English, German, French and Spanish
Nice to Haves:
- Masters degree
- Familiarity with cognitive tools, artificial intelligence, and data analysis concepts
- Good understanding or working experience in the field of brain health

- The base salary range budgeted for this position is €60-75k EUR and this role will include an on-target commission (OTC) component as well as company equity. The final offer determined for the candidate hired to this position will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, labor market conditions, etc.
