Commercial Deal Architecture: Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, valuation, and the structuring of commercial terms for JV agreements.
High-Level Stakeholder Management: Build and manage professional relationships with hospital boards, CXOs, and government health officials to secure long-term partnership commitments.
Pipeline Execution: Proactively generate and convert leads into executed contracts, ensuring all partnerships meet Fresenius Medical Care’s global compliance and operational standards.
Contractual Oversight: Manage the relationship with existing partners to identify expansion opportunities and ensure adherence to all agreed-upon commercial milestones.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

Management Consulting: Healthcare verticals at Big 4 firms (e.g., EY, PwC).
Investment Banking: Commercial/Relationship management side with a focus on healthcare M&A or institutional sales.
Healthcare Services: Business Development roles within multi-specialty hospital groups or specialized healthcare chains.
Domain Expertise: Proven understanding of the Indian healthcare provider contracting landscape; knowledge of PPP models is highly advantageous.

Key Competencies
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy and the ability to evaluate the viability of healthcare investments.
