- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 - 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue or growth targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
