Solenis is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within the Tissue segment. This is a highly visible commercial leadership role responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer partnerships, supporting major manufacturing initiatives, and collaborating across commercial, technical, and R&D functions.
The ideal candidate will bring deep tissue industry expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to manufacturing operations and executive stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth- Develop and execute strategic growth plans within the Tissue market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Drive market share growth through consultative selling and value-based solution development.
- Support the commercialization and introduction of new technologies, products, and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across customer organizations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers operating tissue manufacturing facilities.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts across customer operations.
- Partner with customers on major operational initiatives, expansions, and capital projects.
- Provide leadership during startup activities for new equipment and production assets.
- Coordinate technical resources to deliver effective customer solutions and long-term success.
- Partner closely with R&D, Technical Service, Operations, and Corporate Sales teams.
- Translate customer needs into actionable business and technical solutions.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $135,130.00 and $198,187.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Skills Required
