We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) division. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with restaurant operators, franchise groups, and emerging QSR brands across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will include travel with overnight stays.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the Quick Service Restaurant segment.
Develop relationships with restaurant operators, franchisees, franchise groups, and key decision-makers.
Build a strong pipeline through strategic territory planning and proactive business development activity.
Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and recommend tailored solutions across food safety, sanitation, cleaning and kitchen operations.
Collaborate with field sales, technical specialists, and marketing teams to deliver compelling customer proposals.
Conduct business reviews, presentations, and commercial negotiations with key stakeholders.
Drive sustainable revenue growth while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Represent Ecolab as a trusted advisor and strategic partner within the restaurant industry.

Experience working with multi-site operators or franchise businesses.
