Lead and execute business development and sales strategies to drive growth, manage a BD team, identify market opportunities, build client relationships, prepare sales forecasts and contracts, track invoices, and liaise with directors to meet revenue targets.

Requirements
Minimum Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or relevant field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role, preferably in
healthcare or health tourism. Out of which 3 years on a managerial role

  • Strong interpersonal, networking and presentation skills
  • Management & Leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Can identify economic trends and influences 
  • Analytical and strategic thinking 
  • Sharp negotiation, networking and decision-making skills 
  • Creative approaches and thinking in the development of new business segments 
  • Goal-oriented, independent and flexible
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking 
  • Proficient user of CRM software


Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or relevant field
