Role overview
You will drive growth by promoting Planet's solutions to retailers across Europe. You'll leverage our advanced digital TAX FREE system to offer seamless, high-value experiences tailored to clients. This role is central to expanding our presence in key markets, building relationships with industry leaders, and enhancing the value our technology brings to the retail segment.
What you will do:
Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders at top retailers and department stores, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and objectives.
Strategic Client Growth: Work closely with clients to identify new growth opportunities, leveraging Planet's unique digital system and other payment solutions to drive higher customer satisfaction and increase merchant revenue.
Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with Planet's internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to create tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients across Europe.
Market Insights and Trends: Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes in the payments and retail space to advise clients and adapt strategies accordingly.
