Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, new or adjacent markets, establish partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee the creation of sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets in existing and new markets. Working closely with the sales team to align efforts and ensure cohesive execution of the sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that support High Right To Win (HRTW) application segment/goals.
- Develop thought leadership through industry events, conferences, SoMe and other networking opportunities.
- Experience communicating with management
- Create content with cross functional teams across BY's that support business development goals.
- Act as ambassadors for One HBK.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, gap analysis, buying processes and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.
- Work with segment managers to support the development and execution of strategies.
- Provide feedback to the segment managers based on client needs and market trends.
- Regularly report on progress, challenges and outcomes to senior management.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000 annually plus 20% bonus. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state
