Job Description- Business Development: Generate new business via networking, cold calling, and industry research to expand market share
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to technical presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business or upselling opportunities
- Technical Consultation: Recommend solutions (UPS, batteries) by understanding client technical needs
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, track performance metrics, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management
Product Expertise: Knowledge of UPS technologies (online, line-interactive), voltage, capacities (kVA/kW), battery types (VRLA, Li-ion) and runtime requirements.
Application Knowledge: Understanding critical power applications across industries like Data Centers, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and BFS
Competitive Intelligence: Ability to differentiate products based on reliability, efficiency, total cost of ownership (TCO), and after-sales support
Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Using CRM tools to manage opportunities, track leads, and accurately forecast sales revenue
Market Analysis: Monitoring competitors, identifying emerging trends, and evaluating market opportunities
QualificationsExperience: 10 to 12yrs.
Education Qualification: BE Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation
Skills Required
- 10 to 12 years of experience
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- Knowledge of UPS technologies, including online and line-interactive systems
- Knowledge of UPS voltage, kVA/kW capacities, battery types, and runtime requirements
- Understanding of critical power applications across data centers, IT/ITeS, manufacturing, healthcare, and BFS
