About the role
Generate sales leads, as well as orient potential clients with NI’s products, and services and follow-up until the sale is complete to be able to achieve the set target.
Responsibilities- Achieves sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Cross selling the company products / services to clients
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecast projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Negotiates skilfully price and terms of the transaction within the guide to achieve the company’s benefit
- Ability to grow processing volume through identifying, researching, analysing and bringing ideas on ways and means to help banks implement new products.
- Gathering market intelligence on processors and competitors and the use of data gathered to generate leads for possible business growth
- Regularly meeting high value customers and prospects and always maintaining a good customer relationship with clients a all times.
- Notify existing clients with new products or services offered and identify clients interested in adding the product.
- Ensure that the client is satisfied after he receives the product, and communicate the clients’ problems and complaints with the execution of the project to the concerned department
- Creates and manages strategic relationships/alliances with partners and regulatory authorities
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Interact appropriately and professionally with all levels of personnel and build good working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Strategies for card business with an understanding of financial, legal and statutory implications.
- Seeking opportunities to provide value-added services to existing and potential clients
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience.
- Languages: Very Good command of English
