The Business Development Manager will identify opportunities in the APAC region, develop business strategies, and establish long-term client relationships while managing multiple projects.

The incumbent will play a key role in exploring new business opportunities in the APAC region to drive sales revenue and enhance client and portfolio effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities in the APAC region and turn them into actionable portfolios and steps through close collaboration with the APAC Trading teams.
  • Develop and implement achievable roadmaps for business expansion and client diversification.
  • Reach out for new revenue sources and initiate services to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct research, compile market intelligence and perform competitor analysis to formulate effective sales strategies to maximize business exposure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for business development
  • Participate in ad hoc and related tasks or projects

Requirements:

  • A degree holder with minimum 5 years’ of working experience in sales or business development sector, preferably from the semiconductor industry
  • With strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Self-motivated, confident, aggressive and diligent
  • Well-organized, able to manage multi-tasks/projects and work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willing to travel regularly
