Summary: We’re looking for an experienced B2B commercial leader with 10+ years of experience—ideally within FMCG retail—who is analytical, entrepreneurial and comfortable working with both customers and technical teams. You’ll combine market insight, commercial expertise and relationship-building to create tailored solutions and deliver measurable growth.
Tasks:
Build out sustainable business in Spain
Develop and execute customer-specific sales strategies together with BD Director
Develop account plans and lead tender bids.
Build up and maintain network with FMCG Retailers
Conduct deep market research to understand competitive landscapes and key business drivers
Act as the interface between the customers and the Envipco European organization, including our production facilities (USA, Germany, Romania, Greece) and our headquarters in The Netherlands.
Demonstrate your results based on clear KPI’s and sales targets, short and long term. The work will be both strategic and operational.
This role will be based in Madrid and reports into the EU Business Development Director Spain, who is based in Madrid.
Degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Technical education
At least 10 years of experience in (international) B2B commercial roles, preferably FMCG retail environment
Comfortable with detailed discussion around machinery, logistics and materials management.
Able to develop tailor made value propositions.
Excellent analytical and strategical skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English
Able to travel in the country and in Europe.
Strong Team player, able to work in multi-disciplinary teams
Able to build long term business relations.
