About the role
In our Industrial F&B division, we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager, who will play a key role in the growth of the sales market in Poland. The person in this role will focus on projects across the South-East Poland and will be responsible for acquiring new clients in the Processed Food, Dairy, AB & NAB sectors. These sectors are among the fastest-growing, and the region offers many potential customers who can benefit from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand market penetration within the assigned region or customer base in the Pulp & Paper and Water industry
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities across the South-East Poland
- Develop the business within Processed Food sector, which are key and fast-growing segments
- Manage a defined territory or industry with responsibility for achieving ambitious and achievable revenue growth targets
- Develop and execute business development strategies and annual sales plans
- Sell new business and applications, including preparation of ROI calculations and value propositions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing and Applications
- Manage account profitability, pricing strategies and accounts receivable
- Deliver presentations to groups of clients during industry meetings and events
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention of existing business and growth of new accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within the food industry
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize sales opportunities
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce and MS Office
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in English, required for internal collaboration and customer communication
