In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Deliver business performance that meets or exceeds orders and sales commitments.
  • Drive bookings, pipeline growth, and market share for engineered solutions and services.
  • Develop and pursue opportunities for metering, analytical, and monitoring system solutions.
  • Engage customers and EPCs early in the project lifecycle to influence specifications and solution selection.
  • Develop differentiated technical solutions that deliver customer value and business growth.
  • Lead or support strategic project pursuits and proposal development.
  • Identify lifecycle service, upgrade, digitalization, and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across sales, engineering, operations, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Participate in local related professional societies, key technical conferences, and trade shows.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical business development, solutions architecture, application engineering, systems engineering, technical sales, Capital Project Pursuits.
  • Knowledge of custody transfer metering, process analytical systems, instrumentation and controls, and industrial measurement solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing customer-focused solutions and pursuit strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience supporting EPCs and complex industrial projects.
  • Experience with hydrocarbon measurement, custody transfer metering, or process analytical systems.
  • Knowledge of LNG, refining, petrochemical, power, pipeline, or offshore markets.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business Administration.
