Tehtäväsi
Tehtävässäsi vastaat software-liiketoiminnan kehittämisestä sekä asiakassuhteiden ja kumppaniverkoston rakentamisesta ja ylläpidosta ensijaisesti Baltian markkinoilla. Toimit aktiivisesti yhteistyössä sekä sisäisten että ulkoisten sidosryhmien kanssa ja edistät myyntiä sekä uusien liiketoimintamahdollisuuksien tunnistamista. Roolissa menestyminen edellyttää kaupallista ajattelua, oma-aloitteisuutta sekä kykyä toimia nopeasti muuttuvassa ympäristössä.
Työtehtävän menestyksekäs hoitaminen edellyttää
- Erinomaisia neuvottelu-, vuorovaikutus- ja tiimityöskentelytaitoja teknisen myynnin parissa.
- Kykyä luoda ja kehittää erinomaisia pitkäaikaisia asiakassuhteita jälleenmyyjien ja palveluntarjoajien kanssa, palvelualttiutta ja kykyä kuunnella asiakasta.
- Pitkäjänteistä ja tavoitehakuista työskentelytapaa sekä sitoutumista asetettuihin tavoitteisiin
- Analyyttistä ja tarkkaa työotetta sekä tavoitehakuisuutta myyntityössä
- Kykyä toimia hektisessä ja nopeasti muuttuvassa ympäristössä
- Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa suullisesti ja kirjallisesti. Viron, Latvian tai Liettuan kielitaito katsotaan eduksi.
- Matkustusvalmiutta asiakas / kumppanitapaamisiin ja tapahtumiin
- Kaupallista tai teknistä koulutusta
- Kaupallis-tekninen ymmärrys Veeam- ratkaisuista tai vastaavista ratkaisuista katsotaan eduksi.

Skills Required
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills in technical sales.
