What You’ll Do:
- Be a trusted advisor to potential clients, understanding their business goals and recommending the right solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to engage new prospects during the early and evaluation stages.
- Lead client meetings and product demos, clearly showing how our solutions solve real business problems.
- Build and communicate a strong business case to close deals, handle objections, and showcase ROI.
- Help package, price, and position solutions for new clients.
- Keep CRM tools (Salesforce) updated for accurate forecasting and planning.
- Ensure alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in business development or new client acquisition.
- Skilled at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Confident in presenting technical solutions and tailoring them to client needs.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Fluent in English and Slovenian.
- A natural problem-solver with an ownership mindset and a hunger to learn and grow.
