Why this is an exciting opportunity


HUB24 is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the profile and use of the HUB24 platform across Queensland.
Reporting to the State Manager QLD, you will manage an established adviser panel while developing new relationships and business opportunities. You will work closely with advisers, dealer groups and industry partners to increase platform adoption, support business growth and deliver against agreed sales targets.

What you’ll be doing


  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective advisers and dealer groups 
  • Grow HUB24's share of business across your allocated adviser panel 
  • Research adviser businesses and identify opportunities where HUB24 solutions can add value 
  • Build trusted relationships with advisers, support teams and key industry stakeholders 
  • Deliver platform demonstrations, training sessions and ongoing field support 
  • Develop local business development and marketing initiatives, including adviser events, seminars and education sessions 
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and maintain accurate activity records in CRM 
  • Support the transition of agreed business to the HUB24 platform 
  • Represent HUB24 at conferences, professional development days and industry events 
  • Gather market feedback and contribute ideas that support platform, product and service improvements

Experience & Skills


  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment platforms and the Australian financial planning industry 
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, relationship management or platform distribution 
  • An understanding of how financial advice practices operate 
  • Knowledge of relevant financial services legislation and regulatory requirements 
  • Strong sales, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills 
  • The ability to build credible relationships with advisers, dealer groups and senior stakeholders 
  • A structured, organised and commercially focused approach 
  • Confidence delivering presentations and training to individuals and groups 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
