  • 负责与核心游戏平台建立并维护稳定、长期的合作关系,推动合作项目落地
  • 主导或深度参与游戏主机/PC平台的发行与合作策略制定,包括节奏、资源及合作模式设计
  • 作为项目平台合作负责人,与研发、运营、市场、品牌、区域发行等团队协同推进关键节点
  • 评估平台合作机会,输出结构化分析,支持项目及管理层决策
  • 推动平台市场资源、商店资源、推广机会等的争取与执行,并跟进效果反馈
  • 参与平台合作流程与方法论的持续优化,提升整体合作效率与质量
  • Own and manage relationships with key gaming platforms, driving long-term strategic collaboration
  • Lead or co-develop platform release and partnership strategies, including timing, resource planning, and cooperation models
  • Act as the primary platform partnership owner for assigned projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate platform opportunities and provide structured analysis to support decision-making
  • Secure and execute platform marketing, storefront, and promotional resources, tracking outcomes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform collaboration processes and best practices

  • 本科及以上学历
  • 3–5年以上游戏行业商务、平台合作、发行或相关经验
  • 熟悉PC或主机平台的发行流程、平台规则及合作模式
  • 具备较强的项目管理与跨团队协同能力

  • 普通话、英语流利;日语为加分项
  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Solid understanding of PC/console platform ecosystems and publishing workflows
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to independently represent the company in platform discussions
  • Clear analytical thinking and sound commercial judgment
  • Fluent Mandarin and English; Japanese is a plus
