We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Partnerships, Research & Strategic Growth) to drive new business initiatives, expand our partnership network, and explore strategic growth opportunities, including market expansions, alliances, and potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and combines strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess strategic investments. This role will report directly to the Mapon CEO.
Your daily tasks will entail:
- Identify and source new partnership opportunities in existing and new markets to contribute to business strategy and growth.
- Perform in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential strategic partners or acquisition targets (M&A).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, potential strategic targets, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities (partnerships, strategic collaborations, acquisitions).
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of opportunities, identifying business drivers, synergies, risks, and trends.
- Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment case analyses to support decision-making.
- Present findings, recommendations, and strategies to the management team.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contribute to transaction discussions when relevant.
- Track industry trends and local/international regulations to stay ahead of the market.
- Analyze competitor activities and client feedback to identify improvements and drive innovation.
We expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, corporate development, market research, or related fields.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and execute on business opportunities.
- Experience in financial analysis or due diligence will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Monthly salary from EUR 2000 to EUR 3600 gross, depending on experience and qualifications.
