Position Summary:
- Business Development Executive– Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Management: Drive the complete sales process from prospecting and lead qualification through to contract closure and post-sale support.
- Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture vendor relationships; ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain performance standards.
- Client Enablement: Facilitate client success by providing actionable insights, structured enablement programs, and ensuring clients have the necessary resources and training.
- Documentation Support: Assist in preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and other essential documentation to support sales and business initiatives.
- Pre-Sales Support: Mentor and support team members engaged in pre-sales activities by providing guidance on process methodologies, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
- Lead Conversion: Proactively convert leads into closed deals by understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, and leading negotiations.
- Regional Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regional clients—organizing regular conversations to gather critical feedback, update on new developments, and address any concerns to foster long-term relationships.
