JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with ULs larger customers over all related industries.
- Position works on strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals.
- Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
- Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.
- Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
- May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, acquire and manage high value customer accounts.
- Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling value-add strategy approach.
- Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.

Within Software & Advisory (S&A) services, UL Solutions' Enterprise Sustainability business focuses on solving some of the most pressing world challenges - renewables, energy transition, sustainability, health & wellbeing, return to work and people safety. We do this through Renewable Energy Advisory and Digital Services, Environmental, Health and Safety Software & Learning programs, best in class Sustainability and ESG reporting software with UL 360, advisory services, subject matter experts and Healthy Buildings testing and verification.
