Job Description:

Position Title: Business Development Manager ( REAP-ISO)

Area: North Luzon

Job description:

Lead sales units, drive growth, achieve targets, explore alternative sales channels, and provide training and development to the sales team.

Specific Accountabilities:

          Agency Support

  • Develop markets for sales units and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen sales units through recruitment and support.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve sales strategies and productivity.
  • Support in transforming sales units into full-blown NBOs.
  • Manage performance and development of advisors and field managers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the sales agency force and operations team.

Alternative Channel Role:

  • Identify and establish alternative sales channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with external partners for successful channel expansion.
  • Negotiate agreements and coordinate joint marketing efforts.
  • Develop training programs for sales teams in alternative channels.
  • Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, or events for provincial advisors and clients.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • College graduate with 5-6 years of sales and management experience.
  • Experience in sales force and alternative channel management.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Competitive drive, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in presentations with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with minimal guidance.
