About the role:

This Business Development Manager role is responsible for driving sales excellence by increasing representative productivity and retention. You will hire, train, and develop high-performing sales representatives while maintaining and growing key customer accounts within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B customers within assigned territories
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial clients
  • Deliver professional product presentations and tailored solutions
  • Manage and grow your own sales territory
  • Consistently achieve sales and business development targets
  • Participate in structured training and coaching programs
  • Prepare for future leadership and people-management responsibilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in a field-based sales environment
  • Prior sales experience is not required — comprehensive training will be provided
  • Valid full driver’s license with own vehicle
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency with reliable internet access
