Job Title: Federal Business Development Manager – Marine Electronics (USCG/Navy)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Federal Business Development Manager to drive sales of Raymarine electronics and FLIR maritime cameras to the US Coast Guard, US Navy, and federal customers. This role manages the existing SINS 2 contract while identifying new opportunities, building high-level government relationships, and executing strategic growth initiatives for our marine technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Act as the primary lead for the current SINS 2 contract, ensuring compliance, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities for Raymarine/FLIR technologies across USCG, USN, and other federal agencies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key procurement, technical, and end-user stakeholders within federal maritime sectors.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute capture strategies, sales strategies, and proposals for federal opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.
- Proven experience selling marine electronics or maritime technologies to the US Coast Guard or US Navy.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and contract management (SINS 2 knowledge preferred).
- Technical familiarity with radar, navigation, and thermal imaging cameras.
Preferred Skills:
- Former Officer-level rank in US Coast Guard or US Navy
Salary Range:
$92,300.00-$123,000.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
