Responsibilities
- Manage the regional telesales application pipeline and optimize high-volume seller acquisition channels across Greece.
- Identify, onboard, and manage new lead generation sources, including strategic partnerships, corporate events, and database mining.
- Coordinate lead-generation events and build tracking frameworks to ensure 100% traceability of all acquisition initiatives.
- Design and execute automated communication workflows and monthly content newsletters to nurture and convert pending sellers.
- Lead cross-border commercial projects to expand Greek seller footprints seamlessly into the Romanian and Bulgarian marketplaces.
- Drive the adoption of growth levers among existing SMEs, focusing on promotional campaigns, pricing synchronization, and ad spend.
- Execute the "option gap" reduction project to optimize product assortment and live selection for registered regional merchants.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to launch growth initiatives, refining agent pre-requisites and commercial attribution models.
Expected Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketplace seller acquisition, regional account management, or B2B commercial project management.
- Strong track record of managing high-volume lead pipelines and telesales conversion strategies across international markets.
- Expertise in the CEE e-commerce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the Greek marketplace landscape.
- Analytical approach to commercial metrics, with a focus on data traceability, campaign performance, and product adoption.
- Proficient in setting up structured business communication, nurturing content streams, and large-scale event coordination.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build attribution models and clear workflows for sales agents.
- Highly adaptable and proactive mindset, eager to propose new operational frameworks to drive seller satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or related field
- Extensive background in business development or sales
- Focus/experience in Fashion and Beauty categories
- Experience within e-commerce or a tech company
- Strong market research and analytical proficiency
- Proven track record negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors
- Fluency in English and Romanian (written and verbal)
- Passion for fashion with strategic and analytical mindset
