An established IT services company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives across the UAE market.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision makers, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and forecasts.
Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Requirements
Minimum 4 to 5 years of UAE experience, with at least 2 years in a management or senior business development role.
Proven background in business development, sales, or account management.
Experience or exposure to the IT industry is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Currently based in the UAE.
