Job Description

The Person will be driving the Leadership Vertical business development, wherein vision is to be the preferred Leadership Training consulting company. In this endeavor, the role would involve Solutioning, acquisition, relationship management to establish Centum learning as a thought leader, Drive business KPIs and developing external resources & also work with cross functional teams within the organisation.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • 7-10 years of which should have at least 3 years in Business Development for midlevel leadership training solutions.
  • Exceptional skills for reach out and communications with the Top Corporate CXO/ CEOs.
  • Should possess Consultative skills in order to build a solution framework based on business challenges of key stake holders and ability to think thru a problem solutioning.
  • Should have a strong understanding of the opportunities, needs for training needs of the Corporate sector.
