Business Development Manager - LATAM

As we continue our global expansion, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Latin America and Globally. You’ll play a key role in driving user acquisition, trading activity, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and on-the-ground engagement. Whether you’re an energetic executer ready to open doors, or an established professional with deep regional connections, this is an opportunity to shape Freedx’s presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.

What You’ll Do

•       Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to drive growth in user base and trading volumes.

•       Build and nurture relationships with partners, affiliates, influencers, and key stakeholders across the region.

•       Manage end-to-end affiliate and partnership workflows: outreach, onboarding, tracking, and optimization.

•       Conduct due diligence on potential partners to ensure brand, compliance, and growth alignment.

•       Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate campaigns, activations, and promotional strategies.

•       Support acquisition and relationship management of institutional and high-net-worth clients.

•       Track and analyze performance data to ensure growth targets are met and ROI is maximized.

•       Represent Freedx at online and offline events, building visibility within the trading and crypto community.

•       At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth - ideally within financial services, fintech, or crypto.

•       Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities.

•       Strong network and understanding of the LATAM, and global financial or trading landscape.

•       Fluency in Spanish and English.

•       Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

•       Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

•       (Bonus) Knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, exchanges, or trading platforms.
