Business Development Manager – Kenya

The Business Development Manager position is a key role responsible for driving considerable new business growth within the SME space amongst top tier brokers. The role will require significant face to face business engagement with top producing IPMI brokers facilitating strong and consistent sales growth.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Develop new and stronger business relationships with a defined number of key intermediaries
- Support the renewal of all existing business held within the applicable broker panel
- Achieve all sales, revenue and profit targets
- To report clear & accurate pipeline data and forecasting
- To build and consistently deliver a strong sales presentation deck
- Build strong robust broker development plans and identify commercial opportunity for Bupa Global
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experience of both intermediary distribution and direct within the healthcare space is essential
- IPMI experience would be key, but is not a pre-requisite
- CII or IIK qualification
- Business Development Management experience is desirable
- Experience in consultative selling, as opposed to transactional
- Demonstrate a strong track record of auditable business growth in the healthcare market
- A dynamic, credible, and articulate presenter
- A demonstrable strong interest in international business
