Job Purpose

The position will develop and oversee a group of partners who provide services to customers. In this role, you will manage all aspects of Vendor Partner Programs including: new partner recruitment, monitor partner adherence to program requirements, manage day-to-day partner requests, assist with partner support during the authorization and legal agreement process, provide partner training and enablement, connect partners with engagement opportunities, oversee the Vendor Partner business model transformation, as well as monitoring partner success and overall vendor program effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain subscription renewal rates at assigned target
  • Manage and maintain existing partner channel
  • Develop adequate Product and Program subject matter expertise to train and  lead ISR on subscription license, contract renewals, onboarding process, credit onboarding, vendor tool enablement, internal tools enablement and support tickets
  • Responsible for driving Partner programs with sales team for new partner recruitment
  • Lead the sales executives on manage the partner channel driving revenue
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partner accounts: C-Level, Principals, Stakeholders, and Affiliated Instructors
  • Take weekly sales review and track monthly progress against AFC.

  • Proven track record on achieving business and revenue targets.
  • Experience in managing P&L with the focus on driving profitable business.
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
  • Frequent Travel Required (50%).
