1. Responsible for business development for IEGG game products across Türkiye and Eastern Europe, identifying and building long-term relationships with key strategic partners.
2. Establish, expand, and maintain external partnership networks, while closely tracking partners’ strategic priorities and business plans to identify collaboration opportunities and provide actionable partnership recommendations.
3. Develop a deep understanding of game publishing and live operations rhythms, including major version updates, summer campaigns, anniversaries, and other key milestones.
4. Independently lead external partnership projects, including proposal development, business negotiation, contract execution, localization planning, and on-the-ground implementation.
1. Fluent in English, with the ability to use English as a working language. Any EEU Language efficiency is a strong plus. (i.e. Polish)
2. 5+ years of business development experience in the internet or gaming industry; candidates with strong, monetizable local partner resources are preferred.
3. Passionate about the gaming industry and an experienced gamer, with the ability to accurately assess the fit between partnership opportunities and the tone, audience, and positioning of each game.
4. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, business negotiation capability, and crisis management ability.
5. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
