We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Manager (EU market)
We believe you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EU markets
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Prepare and present proposals and reports to management and clients
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
We expect you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or project management in logistics
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Russian
We offer:
Monthly salary ranges from 3290 EUR to 4110 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
