What you will do
Critical to success will be actively driving rental growth, through the use of our temporary security solutions, into the construction industry, infrastructure, vacant property and retail market. The successful candidate must have experience in the temporary security industry, selling into a customer base at all levels, and be able to demonstrate working with the decision makers of Tier 1 clients.
How you will do it
The role will require strong negotiation skills and be able to create relationships with executive level Customers and engage Customers in understanding the value of our solutions/services provided and develop the relationship holistically at all levels (procurement, executives, project management, risk control, health and safety, QS etc).
The successful candidate will demonstrate energy, passion and drive for success whilst demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism internally and externally.

- Preferable to have experience in ‘solution sales’ and demonstrating value in the sales process
- Must hold temporary security solution knowledge
- Customer focused, deeply understands the Customer and works to meet their needs, and align our services.
