Aecom Poland is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a specialized focus on the Industrial and Technology (Data Center) sector. This role is pivotal in expanding AECOM’s presence within these industries and leading the management of related projects within the Buildings and Places business line in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Growth: Drive market expansion by identifying and cultivating opportunities within the Industrial and Technology sector, with a strong emphasis on the local market, while also leveraging international networks.
• Client Engagement & Development: Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with new and existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships that generate continued business.
• Sector Expertise & Leadership: Utilize deep industry knowledge in Industrial and Technology Design and Program Management to position AECOM as a market leader.
• Bid & Project Leadership: Lead the development and execution of large-scale, complex bids and projects in international contexts, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality deliverables.
• Commercial & Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong business and financial management skills, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Industry Representation: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, positioning AECOM as a key player in the sector.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in business development of engineering and project management services within the Industrial and Technology (Data Center) sector.
• Strong experience in client interaction, relationship management, and market development.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Highly skilled in problem-solving, strategic planning, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• University degree in Engineering or Architecture.
