Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA

Min Exp: 6 years

Max Exp: 8 years

Skills Required

  • Graduate or MBA
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing channel partners and partner relationships
  • Experience leading and mentoring off-roll field sales (FOS) teams
  • Experience in PL, EL, LAS and digital loans product portfolios
  • Experience with direct and indirect sourcing, telecalling, digital platforms and partnerships
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards and maintaining TATs/service levels
