Skills Required
- Graduate or MBA
- 7-8 years of relevant experience
- Experience onboarding dealers and DSAs and managing sourcing operations
- Proven experience managing frontline sales and business development teams
- Financial analysis and experience structuring finance and monitoring profitability
- Experience in collections and receivables management
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in lending/finance
- Track record in cross-selling liability products and Third-Party Protection (TPP)
