Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales activities and proactive networking to expand CLO’s presence across fashion brands, vendors, and sourcing offices in Indonesia
- Identify and develop high potential accounts and strategic partnerships
- Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting and conversion to contract negotiation and onboarding
- Engage with executive and C-level stakeholders to present CLO’s ecosystem vision and solutions
- Drive adoption beyond license sales, ensuring workflow usage and value realization
- Act as the local bridge between brands and vendors to support ecosystem adoption
- Partner with 3D Design and Implementation teams to strategize and implement 3D software, product management platforms, and connected services within CLO’s ecosystem
- Own ongoing client management through regular meetings, calls, and strategic account engagement
- Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs to support business expansion
- Increase CLO’s brand visibility through industry events, seminars, and conferences in collaboration with global offices
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the apparel, fashion supply chain, or technology/startup industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of apparel ecosystem operations including brands, vendors, and sourcing offices
- Proven ability of driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales initiatives
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion
- Strong industry network and ability to engage C-level and senior management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech savvy with experience or strong interest in digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with 3D, PLM, or other ERP platforms is a plus
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Indonesia and regionally
