What You’ll Do:

Drive strategic and sustainable growth by transforming marketing strategies into actionable sales plans, expanding market share, and developing strong, long-term customer relationships within the Food & Beverage industry.

This role supports both existing business growth and new business acquisition, working closely with Sales, Technical, and Customer Service teams to deliver value-driven solutions to process food, beverage and dairy customers in Cambodia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in Cambodia.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted market segments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, including opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

  • Develop and implement account plans for strategic customers and key accounts.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and customer service teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure successful project execution.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and market reports.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Support regional business initiatives and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical, or related fields 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales or Business Development, with prior hands-on experience in Production, Quality Control, or Quality Assurance within the food, beverage, dairy, or alcohol industries.

  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes.

  • Results-oriented with high sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook. 

  • Ability to implement problem solving techniques in order to resolve customer issues and take corrective action.

  • Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a cooperative work environment.

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
