What You'll Do
- At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Identify and source new clients in government, education, retail, and commercial property sectors.
- Conduct on-site visits and client meetings to understand needs and position SSG/Omnidian solutions.
- Develop proposals, pricing and presentations to win new O&M contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate revenue forecasts in CRM.
- Open new OEM relationships with inverter, battery, and storage manufacturers.
- Position SSG as the national service partner of choice through referral and servicing models.
- Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements in collaboration with legal/finance.
- Represent SSG with professionalism in industry meetings and OEM forums.
- Build long-term trust that creates recurring service opportunities.
Who You Are
- A hunter at heart — you create leads, not wait for them.
- Highly self-motivated with resilience to push through long sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen: you know how to position compliance, risk reduction, and performance value to complex buyers.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Organised and disciplined with CRM, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Collaborative by nature, but thrive on owning and delivering your own results.
Experience You’ll Need
- 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally selling into asset managers, property groups, government, or education.
- Proven success in winning new contracts with complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
- Strong experience managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to close.
- Comfort preparing proposals, pricing models, and negotiating agreements.
Experience That's a Plus
- Background in solar, renewables, energy, or adjacent industries (HVAC, facilities management, construction services).
- Established networks with asset managers, commercial property groups, or OEMs.
