As a Business Development Manager (BFSI) on our team, you will:

  • Lead business development efforts across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector in Iberia, with a particular focus on Anti-Financial Crime investigations, Compliance, and Collections solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including account planning, SWOT analysis, market penetration strategies, and go-to-market plans to drive sustainable business growth.

  • Proactively identify, engage, and build trusted relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders, increasing network coverage and identifying key decision-makers, champions, influencers, and budget owners.

  • Position Concentrix's technology-led solutions across the customer lifecycle through consultative and solution-based selling, helping clients solve complex operational and customer experience challenges.

  • Act as a trusted advisor within the BFSI ecosystem by building long-term client relationships, representing Concentrix at industry events, and strengthening awareness of our value proposition.

  • Collaborate with portfolio leaders, practice leaders, and subject matter experts to design tailored, high-value solutions and support complex sales opportunities.

  • Lead commercial negotiations for complex opportunities, including proposals, contracts, commercial terms, and operational KPIs, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

  • Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and key business development metrics, providing regular reporting while identifying new opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

  • Have significant experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management, either as a Hunter or Account Manager.

  • Have a strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector in Spain and Portugal.

  • Have experience selling or positioning solutions related to Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance, Collections, Customer Operations, or Digital Transformation.

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value enterprise deals.

  • Are confident building and maintaining relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders across multiple business functions.

  • Have excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Possess strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.

  • Are comfortable using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Are fluent in English. Spanish and Portuguese language skills are highly desirable.
