Job Summary:

The role focuses on driving transaction growth, enhancing partner engagement, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and negotiating competitive pricing deals. Responsibilities include developing strategies to achieve transaction targets, leading price negotiations with pay-out partners, and optimizing pricing structures. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to refine pricing strategies, manage marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement, and strengthen partnerships to expand the pay-out network. Additionally, the role requires regular performance reporting on key metrics such as transaction volumes, pricing competitiveness, and licensing progress. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, relationship management, and financial services pricing, with strong negotiation and project management skills.

To drive transaction growth, partner engagement, execute high-impact marketing campaigns, and manage price negotiations to secure competitive pricing deals.
Responsibilities
Transaction Growth
Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted transaction goals within the contract period.
Collaborate with pay-out partners to improve service delivery and ensure pricing competitiveness.
Price Negotiation and Rate Deals
Lead negotiations with payout partners to secure competitive pricing and favourable contract terms.
Analyse pricing structures and propose rate adjustments to ensure the business remains competitive in the market.
Finalize pricing agreements with partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the internal sales team on daily rates and fee analysis to optimize pricing strategies.
Marketing Campaigns
Work with the marketing team to design and execute two region-specific campaigns to increase customer engagement.
Evaluate the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies based on insights.
Partnership Management
Negotiate favourable terms to expand pay-out networks and enhance market penetration.
Strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities to enhance partnerships.
Reporting
Provide regular updates on campaign performance, transaction volumes, price negotiations, and licensing progress.
Develop comprehensive performance reports at the end of each month, focusing on key metrics such as pricing competitiveness, transaction volumes, and partner engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Graduation.
Proven experience in business development, relationship management, and pricing negotiations, preferably in the remittance or financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of regional regulatory requirements and competitive pricing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially on pricing and rate deals.
